Parcels can be up to 20kg (approx 150 games) and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.
(Please use only 1 box and 1 label per order unless you have more than the specified dimensions).
Once created print your label and attach it to your parcel.

Selling 5kg - 9kg of Lego? - Create 1 x Yodel Label
Selling 10kg - 18kg of Lego? - Create 2 x Yodel Labels for 2 equal weighted parcels.
Selling 19kg+ of Lego? - CONTACT US and we can best advise a free courier solution for you.
PLEASE NOTE. If you need extra labels you MUST create a NEW label for each parcel. (DO NOT reprint the same label or your parcel will be refused or lost)
Each parcel must contain a minimum of 5kg of Lego and not exceed 10kg total weight or 60cm x 50cm x 50cm.
Labels are free if you use our guide above but unnecessary use of extra labels will incur a charge of £5 per label to be deducted from your order payment.

4. NO PRINTER OPTIONS
NO PRINTER – NO PROBLEM.. We have 2 Options..
OPTION 1..Create your label on our ROYAL MAIL portal as with step 1 above. Take the email you receive on your mobile phone to a (Printing Service) Post Office. They will scan the QR Code on it and print the label for you.
Please note not all Post Offices offer this print service so please check where your nearest is clicking the link below
Make sure you select "Delivery/Post Offices" on the upper right of the page (not Postboxes). Check for services offering ‘Print Prepaid Postage Label’ (you can also filter for this at the top) or keep selecting ‘show more locations’ on the bottom right until you see the option available.
OPTION 2..If you find Option 1 does not work for you please CONTACT US and ask us to post you a label.
You can then simply attach this and drop your parcel at any post office.
5. HOME COLLECTION SERVICE
If you have a large or heavy amount of games or Lego we can arrange a courier collection from your home.
Please use our COURIER FORM (select 'Home courier collection' from the subject option) This will tell you the details we need to arrange this for you.
Maximum weight for 1 parcel is 25kg and 60x50x50cm (approx 200 games). You can create multiple boxes if required.
6. PACKING YOUR ITEMS
Please make sure all games are packaged as safe and securely as possible as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or any missing items due to poor packaging.
Here are some tips to ensure your games arrive with us safe and sound:
Step 1. CHECK YOUR ITEMS Be sure you have the correct quantity and titles that match your selling order.
Step 2. FIND A SUITABLE BOX that's big enough to fit all your items in. Please use only 1 box and 1 label per order unless you have more than the specified weight and size dimensions above. Purpose-built cardboard with solid walls and flaps is best.
Step 3. PACK WITH NO GAPS or voids with padding materials such as bubblewrap, crumpled newspapers, cardboard pieces etc so that there is no movement inside the box. Close the box and give it a shake to test. If you feel movement get some more packing in there :-) or you can cut down the corner edges of the box that will decrease the box size and increase the flap size to see if that helps.
Step 4. SEAL THE BOX securely with thick parcel tape around all sides, top, middle and bottom.Don't be afraid to go overkill. We recommend you write our address with your name and selling order reference on a piece of paper and place that inside the box in case your label gets detached or reprint your shipping label and pop that in.
Step 5. ATTACH YOUR FREE POSTAGE LABEL to the largest side of the box. Use clear thick tape around all the edges. Be careful not to cover any barcodes or text that need to be scanned or seen for a smooth delivery.
Step 6. DROP YOUR PARCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS to guarantee your price promise (subject to condition requirements of games)
